  Wonderful place with great at counter staff, the cars were very new and comfortable and the pricing was great. Only thing I would say is the deductible is way way too high. I would pay a higher rate than have to be hit with a reduced deductible that was higher than the car rental. Overall great service and value

  It is a very competitive car rental market and insurance is one of the main costs. The people at East Coast Brisbane airport were very informative on the nuances and costs. The shuttle bus service was quick and courteous. The pricing and quality of the car was competitive

  Very efficient and obliging service. We were at the airport before they officially opened for the day. Much appreciated as it may otherwise have been a little tight for our early morning flight. Good value rates and reasonable hire conditions.

  I recently hired a car through East Coast Car Rentals. I was collected at the airport and transported to the office which was really stress free. The personnel at the desk gave fabulous service and explained all rental details simply but thoroughly. My car was was well presented and I was given plenty of support if troubles should arise whilst away on my trip. I did request a manual which I was supplied which is a first time experience me having usually getting my car request changed.
