  We have hired a car via Alpha a few times now. They are always very reliable and offer a fast service from the airport to where the cars are held. The cars are very clean and reliable - have never had any problems. The different levels of insurances are clear and easy to understand.

  Cars were ok. Obviously not cleaned thoroughly as found a shoe and some rubbish in them. What was highly disappointing was the rude customer service from the ladies in there. Some people forget it’s the customers that pay your wages a bit of kindness goes a long way. Would never hire there again and would never recommend either.

  Getting from the airport to the depot is a breeze. The shuttle drivers are very good and helpful and happy to be there (can be hard to find nowadays). Once at the depot the paperwork is done quickly and you are in your car driving away. Nothing is a problem. The return trip is just as quick and just as well done.
